Our initial meeting can be held in the comfort of your own home or another location best suited to you. If preferred, our meeting can be held over the phone, Zoom or Skype or if required, outside of normal business hours.
We will provide you with guidance to assist you in understanding the level of care required for the applicant and explain the criteria required to be eligible for that care.
It is important to understand the costs involved for entry to Residential Aged Care.
Whether the applicant is supported or non-supported by the Government, we can help with this and assist in negotiations. In some cases we may recommend engaging a specialist financial advisor so that we can ascertain the best financial options for your situation.
We will coordinate the entry to an aged care facility, commencing with the completion and lodgement of all required documentation to Government Departments & Aged Care facilities.
